The fun football learning programme - for 2 years to 5th birthday
Developing Confidence, Social Skills, Agility, Co-ordination, Motor Skills & Fitness
First Class Football have successfully launched a football specific physical activity programme which focuses on the three principles of our philosophy: Personal, Social and Technical Development. The sessions will provide a fun, learning environment in which pre-school children will improve confidence and self-esteem through success and achievement.
Toddlers to pre schoolers will learn behavioural skills such as sharing, taking turns and working with others through football related games and will dramatically improve body skills such as awareness, mobility and fitness through football based activities and exercises.
Each session will last for 45 minutes and will be presented by an FA qualified coach with a maximum ratio of 12:1. Pre-school players will be introduced to the basic skills of football such as dribbling, control, passing and shooting.
The coaching programme has been specially designed for this age group and will incorporate numbers and colours, children's film and TV themed games as well as multi-goal mini matches. The programme has been created by Head Coaches Andy McAllen BA and Ben Tadmor BA after consultation with parents & teachers and after experience of coaching 2-5 year olds in the USA.
ALL SESSIONS WILL BE RUN BY FA QUALIFIED COACHES, WHO ARE ALSO TRAINED IN CHILD PROTECTION AND FIRST AID. ALL COACHES HAVE BEEN POLICE APPROVED AND ARE FULLY INSURED.
